18. Why Did you decide to take a job as a Banker?

19. Are you a Good Fit for this Bank?

22. What are your biggest strengths?

Although, an interviewer already go-through your resume where you write about your crucial strength, still he wants to look you in the eye and demand an answer. Why does he do that? So, you can not only mention your strength but also elaborate a little. For example, if your a smart team leader then quote some real-life examples to showcase your vigorousness.

Here your interviewer wants to check your interaction skills. Since you are going to work in a bank, make sure you demonstrate the same kind of environment in the answer.
